Mentoring services
Analytics Infra provides educational mentoring in technical analysis. Lessons, workshops, and clinic hours teach chart-reading skills. They are not financial product advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Past chart examples are for instruction only.
Bookings & enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding booking until we confirm dates and any required deposit in writing (email is sufficient). Rates published on this site are informational.
Intellectual property
Lesson materials, practice charts prepared by Analytics Infra, website text, and branding remain our property or that of respective rights holders. You may keep completed homework for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or present our materials as your own curriculum.
Conduct
Studio and video sessions require ordinary courtesy. Recording a session needs prior written consent. We may end a session early if behaviour prevents teaching.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Analytics Infra is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after mentoring. Our liability for any supply of services is limited to re-providing the relevant session or refunding the fee paid for that session, as required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
