Scope

This policy applies to mentoring blocks, single mentoring hours, chart clinic hours, and small-group workshops offered by Analytics Infra. It does not cover brokerage accounts, third-party software, or products we do not sell.

Eligibility & timeframe

Refund requests should be sent to info@analytics-infra.digital or raised by phone on (08) 9090 2988 within fourteen days of the event that triggers the request (cancellation, unused deposit, or billing error), unless a longer period is required by Australian Consumer Law.

Mentoring blocks

  • Full refund of unused fees if you cancel more than seven days before the first session and no sessions have been delivered.
  • Partial refund if you cancel after one or more sessions: we retain the fee for completed hours at the single-hour rate and refund the balance of prepaid block fees, less any non-refundable deposit already applied to delivered work.
  • Deposit: a deposit of AUD $90 holds mentoring dates. It is applied to your balance. It becomes non-refundable within seven days of the first session, except where we cancel or Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Single hours & clinic hours

Cancel or reschedule with at least forty-eight hours’ notice for a full fee credit toward a future hour. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours forfeit the fee for that hour unless we can fill the slot or we caused the change.

Workshops

Workshop fees are refundable in full if you cancel more than fourteen days before the workshop date. Inside fourteen days, fees are transferable to a later workshop of equal value when seats exist, or retained if the place cannot be refilled. If Analytics Infra cancels a workshop, you may choose a full refund or a transfer.

No-shows

Missing a confirmed session without notice is treated as a completed delivery for that hour. Mentoring block no-shows still count toward the six scheduled hours unless we agree a make-up in writing.

Work already started

Once a session has begun, that hour is not refundable. Materials already printed or posted for your homework remain yours; we do not reclaim them for credit.

Purchased materials

Practice sheets included in mentoring fees are not sold separately and have no standalone refund value. Any optional printed pack purchased apart from mentoring is refundable unused within fourteen days if returned in original condition.

Rescheduling

We allow two reschedules per mentoring block without fee when notice meets the timelines above. Further changes may incur an administration fee of AUD $25.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Exceptions

Statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy. Nothing here limits those rights.
