What we collect
- Enquiry form details: name, email, optional lesson preference, preferred time, and message content
- Booking and payment administration details when you become a client (handled off this website)
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, when analytics cookies are accepted
We do not ask for tax file numbers, passport scans, or brokerage login credentials through this site.
Purpose
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule mentoring, issue invoices, improve the website when analytics are enabled, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months if no booking follows. Client records related to paid mentoring are retained for seven years for accounting and consumer-law purposes, then securely deleted or archived as required.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, and lodge a complaint with us first. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
International transfers
Our email and hosting providers may process data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle information in a manner consistent with Australian privacy expectations.
