We do not publish buy or sell calls. We do ask every mentoring student to finish the block with a checklist that fits on an index card.

Typical prompts include: What is the higher-timeframe trend in one sentence? Where is the nearest defended zone? Did volume behave as expected at the last touch? What would invalidate this reading?

The point is friction. A checklist slows the leap from a pretty pattern to a decision. Some students dislike the pause at first; later they notice fewer impulse annotations on their homework sheets. If you want help drafting your own card, that work sits inside the beginner chart mentoring block, not in a public signal list.
